SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our premium clothing products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your legal jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any absolute time. You understand that your content (not including credit card data), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always securely encrypted during transfer over financial networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DISPLAY AND PRINTING
We have made every possible effort to display as accurately as possible the vibrant colors, textures, and graphic images of our custom pickleball clothing products that appear on our digital storefront. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile phone screen display of any color will be perfectly accurate to the physical fabric. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM PRINT ON DEMAND AGREEMENT
Our shirts are uniquely crafted and printed on demand for each specific customer order. Because of this automated custom manufacturing process, modifications or order cancellations cannot be executed once the order passes into production with our US facilities. Please double-check your shirt sizes, quantity, and delivery address before submitting payments.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
