Refund policy

At Dink Society, we love pickleball and we want you to love your apparel! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your premium sportswear and graphic tee garments. That is why we proudly offer a transparent and clear 30-day return window, which means you have 30 full days after the delivery date of your item to request an official return or exchange.

To be eligible for a successful return, your item must be in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. This means the garment must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of any stains or odors, with all original tags attached, and inside its original retail packaging. You will also need to provide the digital receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email.

How to Start a Return
Because our merchandise is uniquely custom-printed on demand to maintain environmental sustainability, all returns must be pre-approved by our support desk. To initiate your return, please contact our team directly at relentlesclub@gmail.com. If your return request is evaluated and accepted by our system, we will immediately email you a pre-paid return shipping label, along with comprehensive step-by-step instructions on how and where to securely send your package. Items shipped back to our offices without first requesting an official authorization will not be processed or accepted under any circumstances.

Fulfillment Center Return Addresses
Please note that all physical returns must be sent directly to our partner manufacturing and fulfillment warehouse locations situated within the United States. Please do not send your items back to the shop's billing address. Always contact our customer support line before mailing any packages so we can verify the nearest American warehouse facility for your specific order.

Damages, Faulty Printing, and Order Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon physical reception. Contact us immediately within 48 hours if the garment arrives defective, damaged, or if you accidentally receive the incorrect item or size. We take product quality seriously and will evaluate the issue on the spot to send you a brand-new replacement free of charge.

Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size through our digital storefront.

Refund Processing Timeline
We will notify you immediately once we have received, inspected, and processed your returned package at our US warehouse facility. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the garment. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your financial statement.
